Aeonium Suncup

Aeonium Suncup is one of the several thousand species of diverse, stunning and elegant succulents. Succulents have amazing array of shapes, sizes, textures, blooms and growing habits, these are one of the wonderful ornamental houseplants. Succulents are easy care, sun loving and drought tolerant houseplants, prefer to grow in extremely dry environment and deserts. These are air purifier plants and known to be radiation absorbers, it is recommended to keep succulent plants near the handsets, laptops, computers, printers, ovens or other radiators to reduce the harmful effects.

Succulents are known as water storage plants, word “succulent” comes from the Latin word sucus which means juice. These plants are available in thousands of varieties all over the globe and included in serveral plants families. Succulent are capable of staying fat and fleshy even with exposure to extremely high heat levels, these are perfect survivor in hot and dry weather conditions.

Succulents require least amount of water to survive as they store it in their fleshy leaves or stems. These are one of the best houseplants to grow in garden as they require less maintenance and offer an authentic touch to the garden. Though, the plants can survive extremely heat conditions, these prefer a temperature range between 15 to 30 degree celsius. Succulents can survive low light conditions for longer time than most of the other houseplants. Succulents are effective air purifiers and efficient in absorbing most types of radiation. Its suggested to have these plants placed near computers, televisions or other radiation sources.
